had trouble with rust in gas tank has been rebuit many times coz i never got our all rust

Before you do anything, put some real fuel filters in the gas lines. Those screens on the petcocks aren't worth a whole lot.

You don't need to rebuild anything. Just take them apart and clean them. About the only adjustment in those carbs is float height.
