I want to reclaim charges on my credit card and current account do I send 2 seperate letters?

I have a credit card and current account with Halifx, there are 2 different addresses and letters on the web, do I have to send 2 seperate letters and pay £10 with each one? Pls help

As I understand it all claims for charges are on hold until the financial ombudsman makes a decision as to whether or not the charges are fair/must be credited....check with your bank before sending any money.

It will be best to send 2 letters & pay the extra money.Do not give them any excuse to keep you waiting.

Yes. Bank account charge claims may be on hold, but credit card charge claims are not (despite what the CCC will try to tell you).
