I want to record the video and sounds off my xbox and put them on my mac?

i dont want to put a camera up to it but theres something where i can record my video games when i play them so i can out them on youtube and more

I am not too sure this will help, but I have used something called a Dazzle Fusion to upload VHS tapes into my computer for editing. It comes with software and a hardware device that hooks up to a USB port on the computer and your VCR (or any audio-video ports in the back of your TV). A program is also included that you can capture footage directly from the TV screen to the computer for editing (it is called Movie Star 5 on my version). It is somewhat cheap and I think it may be availible on Amazon.com. However, I have a relatively old version (I do not know if they have updated it or not), and it is not great quality. It may be better if you use a better TV, but I do not know. Hope that helps.
