I want to record things of my TV using wires?

I don't want to spend to much. I have seen so many of these things in my spam emails but i didn't need one then.

??? If you want to record a TV program there are several devices that will go that.

Get a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) also called a TiVO or an old fashioned VCR, or a TV capture card for your PC.

There are lots of different devices to record TV if you add will add additional information as to exactly what you want to do I can better give to advice on what to buy.
