I want to redecorate and oganize my room! Tips please?

I am a 15 year old girl who likes bright colours. My room is really messy right now and i wanted to change how it looks because it's really boring.

I wanted as much as possible, tips that won't have to involve painting and buying stuff. :D

Spend a day cleaning your room and then rearrange the furniture. You will instantly have a new feel to your space.

When I go to the paint store I check out the oops paint. When a color doesn't come out as they planned it becomes a mistint and becomes a bargain price. Keep your eye open for a cool color and paint one wall in your room. I know you don't want to paint but the little bit of effort will pay off in creating a fun room.

Look around your house to see it there are pictures, pillows and decorative objects that you can move to your room. Maybe you have a friend that will trade things so you both have something 'new' for your rooms.

get your friends to sign clothes in differnt colors of sharpies,

then tape them on your wall with neon duct tape.

make posters of bright colors to put on your door.

Go through all your stuff and get rid of anything you don't like or don't use anymore. Be ruthless - even if you clean it all up, having too much stuff will make your room look messy again in no time. Have a yard sale with the stuff you don't want and use the money to buy a closet organizer first and some fun accessories with any leftover money.
