That's not a safe or healthy amount of weight to lose in a week.  If you retain a lot of water, you can lose as much as 10lbs in a week if you take out sodium, salt, sugar and oil in your diet, eat healthy meals 5-6 times a day in small portions and couple that with exercise that is fat burning.

  3. Firstofall this is not a Dining Out question.

    Now if you want to lose weight please understand that it is no joke it will take a lot of hardwork,patience & time.It is not possible for a healthy person,to lose 10kgs in a week.I would advise you to koin a Gymnasium like Gold's Gym which has good trainers who will advise you as to what diet you should take and what exercises you should do in the gym.GOOD LUCK!

  4. 10 kg is a bit but try in the morning to eat a slightly cooked lettuce (romaine) for lunch whole rice with beans 1/2 a cup each and for dinner tea or cooked juice... much luck please do not do anything silly

  8. I think I am the right person to answer this coZ I lost 48 kgs. spread over a period of 9 months. My average weight loss is around 5.4 Kgs a month and I was regular to GYM. So, 10 kgs. in a week seems impossible to me and even when ur at initial stage it takes some time to shed some weight off. Go 2 gym and start working out with full dedication.

That's way too much!  Even one kilo a week is a lot.  The only way I can think of to lose weight that fast would be to fast, and you might not even lose that much by eating nothing at all, unless you are morbidly obese and have a lot of loose watery flesh to lose.  If you are in that situation, you'd better check out other alternatives anyway.  Liposuction, at an extreme.  Talk to your doctor; this is extreme.

  12. start to exercise don't carry your purse when you are on the scale take off your shoes and eat salads with flax-seed oil for lunch and complex carbohydrates omega 3 fatty acids may give you heart burn so drink smoothies. why should you need to loose 10 kilograms. is there allot of trouble in you life.

    5. Keep yourself physically busy.It means if you can run, do not walk. If you can stand, do not sit.
