I think women are stupid cows and that rape is hilarious. I know this is very wrong, so please help me instead of abusing me for these thoughts that I know are bad. Instead, please tell me something that will help me reform my ways. I am already beating myself up enough, so you don't need to say hurtful things about me. I am trying to reform, after all.

  1. Don't ruin your future because of anything that you thought in the past. Challenge your present approaches and rethink old assumptions. Peoples minds are flexible enough to forgive, your thoughts and actions are only a set of mental habits in a state of flux.

As you evolve from stage to stage, you look back and wish you hadn't done some of the things you had done (we all have.) I won't identify you with the things you may have done in the past, because you are learning and growing. Me and you consciousness in which patience and understanding is the solution. Develop an awareness that is; things aren't problem free for me, then they aren't problem free for you making life better for every living thing is the attitude you need. Life is about helping, loving and understanding; those are the most important qualities in all people.

  2. Go out dressed as a woman and get raped. You will reform fast enough.

  3. I'm glad that you want to change your perspective on women. As a man, you came into this world because of a woman, so you might start with seeing women as providing life, which makes them slightly better than dirt, at least.

If you are wanting to change your outlook, I would strongly encourage you to seek counseling. There are many people who believe that rape is not illegal, but the fact that you find it hilarious does make me think that you may have some issues with women that go beyond just believing that as a bloke you are better.

You can start by looking at a few websites with information about women. I put them below. I would start with Amnesty International and Unifem (United Nations). They will give you a global picture of the strengths of women and the experiences they have when not treated with respect.

You can also begin by becoming more aware of women around you as more than objects. Notice the jobs they are performing, how they interact with others, and learn to focus on something other than breast or other physical appearance (although you will never completely stop that. Men and women both make observations on physical appearance).
