what u gotta do is got to tools>Internet options>and u got to delete the forms and history...u cant take off each individually

clear the temporary internet files, browsing history works for adress bars, but clearing the cookies or temporary internet files is the cleanest way.

for internet explorer, click tools-->internet options--> if your using IE7 click browsing history, then delete the type of files you want or click the tab that says delete all

on mozilla click options-->clear private data-->then chose what you want to clear
