you should try watching phat girlz its about a bigger girl and her struggle to be skinny and to become comfortable with herself. theres some sad parts but its a comedy. hilarious movie!!!!!!!! watch it u wont regret it

If you haven't seen Lucky Number Slevin, GET IT! Shawshankesque I'd go with The Hurricane, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, or The Green Mile, Die Hardesque maybe The Negotiator, 16 Blocks, and Lethal Weapon or the other Die Hards, I liked 3:10 to Yuma if you don't mind a Western.
