I want to rent my house in August

Question

I live in Portugal, and i do want to rent my apartment, but i do want to rent it to nice people, i live 15 minutes walking to the beach, to the train station, and 5 minutes of the centre, its half an hour in train to Lisbon the capital of Portugal, and we have the best weather, and the best beachs of Europe, the night is spectacular in Lisbon, lots of bars and discos, we have casinos, and spectacular food, and all in a very cheap prices, anyone knows who wants to rent my apartment?

I would not trust anyone on-line.  I agree w/other person. Find a realtor who will do all of it for you.  We had an awful experience renting our home, as we did not live close nor did we use a realtor.  it cost us more to not hire the realtor.  be careful!!

Much safer and profitable to let an agent find you a tenant.
