  1. We have started to advertise our property on Holiday web site, to date we have had several hits that have resulted in some good booking for use this year. We have also tied into a local agent (British) who has also been good at managing both our properties for us. They can be viewed at www.sandy-beach.co.uk (our site) but please feel free to call me at ianstandishleigh@yahoo.co.uk and i will be delighted to pass any information that may be of help. things we now avoid are local papers and adds in local bars, you may get the wrong type of customer. I can tell you a tail ar two on that one.......

    regards all

  2. Pay for an advertisement then in a well known paper or magazine

  3. I might be interested in renting myself if the price is right of course!

  4. Best thing to do is place an ad in the Costa Blanca News (.com). Alot of expats who are already in Spain read this paper.

If you want to take care of all the ins and outs yourself you could place an online ad on loquo.com, they have an English version of their site and alot of people I know use this to find rooms and flats to rent in Spain without going through agencies. I found my room and holiday appartment on the costa blanca here.

If you want to pass the property onto a lettings management company in the costa blanca the best one I know of is OPI. opirentals.com. They specialise in short to long term rentals and will be happy to help you.

    Hope this helps.
