  1. From my experience, I have only tried it with regular desktop computers. To do that, you would need to remove the cmos battery about 30 seconds and out it back again. Or you would need to reset the jumper. You can remove the jumper and put it back again. You have to be really careful in removing the jumper as it can damage your motherboard.


  2. Open the computer and then look on the motherbored and remove the battery DO NOT TURN ON THE COMPUTER ON WITH OUT IT IN and let it sit out for like 3 min and put it back in then restart it

  3. Are you really talking the BIOS password, or the operating system password?

    The BIOS password would come up when you turn it on before anything tries to load.  That would require removing the BIOS battery, which you would probably have to open the machine up to get to... Remove power and "main battery" open it up, remove the BIOS battery for 10 minutes, then put everything back together....

    If it's the operating system password you will need to boot with a linux CD and do a chroot, you can then set the password from the chroot enviroment.
