it's an ipod touch

i void my warranty, by jailbreaking

i know that =/

but, the question can i return it?

some people say puttin it in DFU mode

apple can't tell you jailbroke it

i want a way so apple can't tell i jailbroke my ipod

Once you jailbreak, it and mess it up, there is nothing you can do.

It is possible to return it to Wal-Mart because they won't check it.

if your itouch is frozen then what you can do is put it in DFU mode. to do that, connect your ipod and watch this video

I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure if you restore it they shouldn't be able to tell. Plus if you have songs on iTunes you should probley put them on so it dosent seem like you jailbroke it and so if they look at it they won't think you just restored it cause you jailbroke and didn't want them to know so you can return it. also thanks for answering my question.

It am in the same but different because I bought a 8GB but I want a 16Gb because I can't fit my music on 8GB huge mistake also watch this :

then when done watching video and the steps leave the touch because the touch will be brand new when watching the video the jailborke ipod will be a new ipod like when the first time u opened it! then return it to apple and they will give your money or the resellers but this can't happen to me to return sad eh! >_<

Restore the iPod through iTunes. Voila. Problem solved.
