I am a runner but I recently haven't been able to run because my right hip joint hurts! I haven't been able to run for a month and its not getting much better. When i try to run, it feels like my joint is popping out of its socket. I stretch every night. I'm wondering if its my IT band or bursitis == do any runners or doctors out there have any advice? I'm so scared I won't be able to run again...
