So every second saturday my aunt and uncle and two cousins come for tea, i live with grandmother, mother and brother so its aunty k, uncle s, stew, april, sara, nanny, mum and I. All th time they are always making me do the things they are too lazy to do themselves. Its always: "Set the table Annie, clear the table, get started on the dishes turn off the tv bla bla bla" So tonight they were over for tea and like the lazy asses they are they all refused to set the table so my mother made me do it. I was annoyed as they had mostly sat on their asses all day and only one my cousin who'd was exhausted from a birthday party (she's nine) had an excuse. The saucerssit ontop of the plates. We've had these saucers as long as i can remember you can haul them at a brick wall and nothing would happen they're really good. Anyway I slammed the down in annoyance and my grandmother had a huge go at me. So I put the plates on the table and did no more, I decided that since the only gratitude I got was someone having a go at me and that they had say on their asses all day i really shouldnt have to do it and nyway I HATE lamb. So at tea my brother was continuously saying pineapple. And my uncle satarted saying if i hit him is it still child abuse. I argued that since he's under eighteen he's still a child and even if he wasn't itd be assault. Then my uncle started going on about verbal abuse. I was annoyed because he was only saying pineapple. While this was happening my aunt took a photo of me with her mobile and wouldnt delete it when i told her to. Then her and my uncle started talking about emailing the photo to everyone they knew so I told them that about the privacy laws that you need parental permission and that of the person themselves, well I'm sure about the parental permission. Hmm. Well then my aunt said the mum would do ANYTHING for her, whoch us true she'd put my aunt over her own kids. I said if mum did let them then shed never hear the end of it. It's not that I'm camera shy far from it but I dont like other people seeing my photo before I do and who knoes what it looks like. My uncle then said that theyshould name the photo *********. They all though it was funny but for me it wasn't it really hurt because I was only defending myself. But whatmade it so much worse was that my own mother laughed too and did nothing to defend me as usual. This is always happening and I'm sick of it. I want to run away help!!!

  1. Annie how old are you?

Leave if your over 18, but after let them know where you are and let them help you in yr new life.

If you're 16 you can get help in the UK from Connexions.  But they request a letter from parents saying it is ok for you to leave.

If under 16, put this down to a c**p experience, do some trick on your uncle to pay him back for being such a pig.  You are the lovely one here & they are all wasters, but start saving your money if yr younger than 18 to prepare yourself for freedom.

I left at 15 & it was hard for me-it is best to let them a little near you after you leave, but they have to get used to doing things on YOUR terms.

You are loved, even if that doesn't feel possible

  2. dnt obey their orders.instead politely ask tem 2 do their own work.

  3. Your family needs to grow up, On the nights they stay, go stay with friends or other people of your family, this is not the right attitude they are teaching you, childish I must say. You need to see a school councilor and explain what is happening at home for this to change for the better, and your Mother should have more respect for you as her daughter, and she should not be encourageing this kind of behaviour.

  4. i suggest you move out... if you are old enough. Get a part time job and flat with some friends. Keep going to school.

your family are a**holes. mine were too - people dont change, and you cant talk to them.

For now, if you cant move out, then you have to bear it. But never forget it. and get out when you have the chance!

  5. just  tell them

  6. refuse to do their dirty work, or if you don't want to, go to a friends, say ur tired and sleep, etc.

  7. For me what is happening is emotional and verbal abuse and that is against the law....Talk to a counsellor or a school teacher and  if your family doesn't listen to you they may listen to the authority.  Good luck.

  8. WOW they're ALL bytches!!!!!

Run away and teach them a lesson, please! If you lived near me I would let you stay over but I'm in Japan :( good luck.

  9. seriously DONT obey their orders....lazy jus like they do!

and i couldnt get well with ur camera thingy..if they did something to annoy u then take their children and play pranks!

and plus....dont get annoyed when theyre provoking u!just smile!this will p**s them off!!

and when they come on saturdays...then say..."Ohh ur back!!u have made sucha good saturday plan for always....sitting at someones home and lazing!!isnt it so much fun"

and just go back and lock ur room...dont even come out!this way they wont be able to do stuff to annoy u!!

p.s - DO NOT LEAVE UR PRECIOUS STUFF OUT!

  10. Hey,

  12. Hi Annie, why not try ringing a kids helpline and see what they come up with, I know its hard when your family, just dont listen to you, but maybe you can go into your bedroom and when they ask you to give them a hand with something, just tell them your doing some homework, or something like that, or try reverse scicology on them, you never no it might help. Dont give up just yet, sweetie hang in there and try to talk it through with someone a teacher or a close friend of your mums.
