  1. can you run really fast? You could probably be a sprinter. Try doint the 200. Or if you are good at jumpin you could try Hurtles, long jump or tripple jump.

  2. You look fairly fit. You're pretty tall and solidly built.

If you want to drop extra weight, switch to diet soda and start eating more lean meats, vegetables and fruits. Take a daily vitamin supplement, make sure you're getting enough iron, calcium, magnesium, and Vitamin E.

Next, you want to work on your cardio and lung capacity. Swimming laps is great for this, and so is working out on elliptical machines or any kind of extended, consistent activity like that. Be sure to do plenty of stretching before and after any workout as it will help with soreness.

Finally, distance running may not be your strong suit. If you're fast, you could do shorter sprints and relays rather than the big runs.

  3. First of all are fast?

My guess is that you should try sprints 100-200m. Possibly hurdles but by 16 most track athletes are not in there first  season and have generally gotten the technique but you can  give them a try. Triple jump and long jump as well would be good options!

No matter what before your track season you need to work on your endurance...try running a medium distane 3-5 times a week slowly increasing the distance...giving yourself days to rest is important.

Try building muscles through situps pushups, weightlifting ect.

    Also try some polymetric exercises.

    Good luck :)!

  4. well what I do is breath in threw my nose out threw my mouth it helps more oxygen is going to your body or muscles this way try it. this will make you run long without a doubt. try practicing this while running. breathing threw your mouth and out your mouth is causing less oxygen to get in your body....

  5. This same thing happened to me!  It ended up being that my very heavy periods were causing me to be anemic.  I had a blood transfusion and felt much better.  But surgery was necessary to stop the heavy bleeding.  Just something to consider.
