  1. well, you have to start with a consistent regimen.

can you jog a mile, or for a whole 10 minutes?

you should start there. to run fast you got to build by conditioning

it will take days to get used to it, but in the end it will all be you to do it

try to keep it consistent like one mile warmup, and then another whole mile for 3 days [not consecutive[ in a week.

give yourself some stretching and rest, keep your legs warm,

  2. well if you train etc then u can be good at sprinting.

a successful sprinter is tall light but have mussels  good balance and big strides. a club if you already have if they ask you to run for 1min then run for 2 Min's etc work hard as u can but have a little fun.

  3. The fastest runners do not collapse at the ankle/knee at ground contact resulting in shorter contact times and longer strides. To increase muscle support force get in a leg press machine, lift the weight with both legs but hold with one leg, on ball of foot, knee slightly bent. Hold as much weight as you can for 10-20 seconds. Do 3-6 holds a few times a week. Also run short top speed sprints to bring out the elastic qualities of your new strength. Don't do distance runs to get faster.
