Hello

US HUD provides foreclosures but it's just the ones they have acquired, not all foreclosures http://www.hud.gov/homes/index.cfm

Another source is Realty Trac http://www.realtytrac.com which is a commerical outfit that sends a weekly email alert of properties in your area. You can visit their site and have limited access too. It's just right for the small investor.  You might need to turn off your popup blocker.
