  2. You must provide more details about your land including legal standings then only somebody may help you.

    Ideally you should look for a estate agent / broker who deals in lands and other real estate in those areas. Appoint them as a broker to deal in your land, fix their brokerage / commission beforehand. It should solve your problem.

    Another way is to advertise the land holding in newspapers and you may get offers.
