I need to downgrade my expenses to go to school full time. Does anyone know of a way to sell a car without losing money on it? Or to transfer payments?

Depends on kind of car, if its a small fuel efficent car try craigs list, its free, or consider selling it back to dealership for only what you need to pay it off. If it is truck or SUV, the market is not good for it, just try craigs list. If you are still making payments, it will be next to impossible to make any money.

You are guaranteed to lose money selling a vehicle you've only had for 8 months. The car depreciates thousands of dollars as soon as you drive it off the lot. Your loan is a contract between you and the lender, there's no way to "transfer" them to a third party.
