Help me with email.. plz?

i want to send a picture to a cell phone.. the phone has internet. i just don't know how to send it. how do i?

this pic is not going to my phone but to sum1 elses..

  2. The cell phone that you want to send the pic to has internet? Does the person have an email? You can send it to their email and they can open it on their phone.
