148 MB. Yahoo and AOL only allow like 10 and 16 MB. How can I send them to the other person? I've already tried a zip folder.

  1. Try XDrive, an online file storage utility, then give your friend the info to log into the files.

  2. a site called www.yousendit.com allows you to send files or folders up to 100MB size for free, any bigger and you will have to sign up.

Try splitting the file into two folders and sending it with that service, i use it a lot and it's quick and simple.

  3. You will have to change the file type. This can be done with most photo editing software. Do you own a digital camera? The software that came with it will likely have that capability. If not, there are tons of free programs on the internet that will do the same thing. Try converting to a jpeg or another compressed format.

    TIP OF THE DAY:

In a pinch post the pic into a video and upload it to youtube. Email your friend the link.
