  1. Do you mean a trust fund TO a church or FOR a church.  There is a great difference.  

    If one is setting up a trust fund for a church ones best bet is to contact an attorney for each state can be tottally different.  God Bless

  3. You may also want to contact the churches governing body. Most have business offices and can give you information on setting up trusts to benefit the church themselve. Many already have a trust set up that you can name as a beneficiary and donate to at any time.
