  1. hot water in the sink and (let it cool) and then try it on and see if it's shrunk enough and if not more hot water

  2. the washer should be fine, but like you said make sure you wash in HOT water

  3. a washing machine will always do the trick. you can even air dry it when its out. but if the shirt is cotton it will definetely shrink!

  4. well the dryer is what shrinks the shirts. so i would recommend asking a friend to borrow their dryer. or you could dry it using a blow dryer. I'm not sure if that works but you can try.

  5. Wash It Then Put It In The Dryer :)

    Best Answer??

  6. hot water, alot of heat

  7. try and see if you can retuern it if bot put it in the washer on warm water

  8. Go To The Cleaners?

    PLZ HELP!!! http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

  9. use the washer and then use a hair dryer to dry it.

  10. You'll need to hot wash & hot rinse it.  The dryer is key in shrinking of course, but if it's broken, you should just lie it flat to dry and buy that spray that you put on damp clothes to take out the wrinkles, so you don't have to iron or shake out, which may stretch and make it appear bigger all over again. Best wishes at school!

  11. i gues you can wash it in really hot water like every other answer on here.

BUT!!!!!!  KEYPOINT: DO NOT HANG DRY! LAY IT FLAT TO DRY!

or else it will stretch and totally defeat the purpose of you trying to shrink it to begin with!!!!!!!!!

(or just go to your neighbors/friend and ask to use their dryer...it doesnt hurt to ask)

    hope u look lovely tomorrow!

  12. "Contrary to popular perception, water alone does not shrink clothes. It's the combination of mechanical action, high temperatures and water that causes fibers to contract. Excessive drying can also shrink clothes. High-tech washers and dryers with computerized controls limit the risk of shrinkage in modern water-based cleaning.

To shrink some jeans, I would suggest washing in hot water especially when

they're new, then drying on high heat and leaving them in the dryer

afterwards.  Cotton is easy to shrink.  Synthetics are usually not

    shrinkable."

  13. Wash it in hot water and wash it in the washer that should shrink it to a med.
