you can sing at the comfort of your home, bathroom, kitchen, entertainment room or bedroom.

there are many recording studios near you area.

If you plan to be a recording artist, ask yourself first if you have a good voice, you can properly project before a big crowd, you do not stammer, you have good intonation and can memorize song lyrics? Can the company market or sell you and your voice?

You should try askin people about where you can sing out in public because you never know who will be there listening to put you out in the records!

There are many recording studios and practice spaces all through out the city, where you could work your vocals and strengthen them before trying to sing in front of a crowd.

Once you're confident, there are many small clubs through out the city that host amateur nights and local acts, (for example arlene's grocery books local acts) you would probably have to audition for some of the clubs if not all.

If you're not going down the professional route there are many karaoke bars that have private rooms, so if you aren't comfortable singing in front of strangers, grab a handful of friends and have a grand old time, singing to bad 80's tunes.
