I want to sponser my family for Green Card...?

But they are also being sponsered by my sister who lives in CANADA (My sister Applied for Sponser Ship For them also, and it is in process). I need to know does that interfere with my sponsership if I decide to apply for green card for them? any help is really appriciated!! Thanks!

this question should probably be asked of an immigration lawyer.

You're free to file for them.  Just understand, they can only pick one.  They can't immigrate to BOTH the US and Canada.

Your family members can be the beneficiaries of more than one petition at a time. Your sister's petition will not interfere with any petition that you submit. Both you and your sister can petition for your family.
