I want to start a blog but don't know how...?

What is a good site to start one? Can you blog about anything you want or does it need to be informative? How do i go about starting a blog?

okay, so first you should go to a site that lets you make a blog, like wordpress or wetpaint. depending on what you want your blog to be about, they'll usually let you start one on just about anything, like horses, surprise party ideas, easy cooking recipes, etc., etc. Whatever you like! Just have fun!
