i want to start a browsing centre in chennai with least amount for example 5 sysytems with one printer (lazer) what are the things needed for it please tell me

Identify the place , which is near to an Educational Institute. Get it renovated, with cubicles, according to the number of PC you intend to place, make some extra space for any future expansion.

Buy the PCs, server, a good laser printer. Bargain with the supplier, as you are buying in lot, with installation , and regular maintenance contract. Get the connection from the Broad band Service provider. Install Fire walls, to prevent the web user not to enter any unsolicited sites. Charge, as per the standard rate prevailing. Keep a Refrigerator, with fill it with soft drinks and bottled water,  charge a rupee more, extra profit. You can also install the STD booth at the premises, some more profit. Good luck. ( do not forget to maintain a log book, take name, address , contact number, and signature, with time loged in and out ).
