I want to start a bussiness...what are the first things I should do (ie filing paper work, ect)?

I'm in Texas; the biz will be primarily website driven with potential local and national sales...it will probably be small to start with 2-3 employees (full and part time) plus myself.

I'm only 25yrs old and think I have a good idea. I'm sure someone out there has been in my positon before. Thanks to anybody with start-up or small biz experience who can help me out!

i'm 25 years old myself...and i know one thing for sure is to understand that bussiness is not a word...

maybe it's a typo...but seriously, the first thing you need to worry about is DEFINITELY NOT figuring out the filing system for your work.

I would highly recommend investing in yourself by taking some community college classes in Business. The classes are cheap and you can learn A LOT from an actual professor in that industry than you can from random people online. There are more to this than just filing your paperwork. How are you going to manage your workers? Do you know anything about Business Law? Where are you going to get the funds to get your business started? AND lastly, you have to be more serious about this...education equips you with the things you need. And stop using the word "biz"...you sound like a kid...
