1st comon step is get VAT no. from the sales tax dept. in your state. Than you can easily start trading of your product.

If your co.'s nature of business provide any kind of service than get service tax no.

Else you can conatct any tax consultant or CA they will guide you proper and do all of  your paper work which require for starting co.
