  1. try this site: hollywood-opportunities(dotcom)

  2. Whatever your age this will be difficult to break into since there is already a set of people that specialize in it.  This work is not for everyone and you absolutely must have a strong voice, so speech and voice lessons as well as voiceover coaching is a must.  This may also help you get a Voiceover Reel(a cd demo of what you can do) or you can have one recorded at a studio that specializes in them.  If you are under 18 you will need parental consent and they will have to establish a Coogan's Trust Account(for your payment, since union rules and the law only allows an established amount to be paid to the young performer before they turn 18 and they recieve the rest when they turn 18).  Also, most of the ones you hear on these cartoons are members of AFTRA, but do not jump the gun just yet and join.  You can get experience doing non-union animation voiceovers and work your way up.  Also, much of the voiceovers for animes like Naruto are dubbed in english, so please be aware that those are more likely to go to the more experienced artists.  Any experience you can get is a good thing though, as long as it doesn't demean you personally or go against your convictions and beliefs.  Working on a project that isn't your ideal project is not demeaning, but things you find offensive in the work is.  I hope this helps.
