I think ebay is the best for just starting your own thing. you could always expand later. I have an ebay store and i bring in about 10000 a month. It's selling more expensive items, granted but it's a great tool.

Well since you're 14 and probably just want some extra cash, I'd say go down to Costco/Sam's Club or whatever is in your area and buy boxes of candy bars. Choose different kinds. Then take one of the boxes and fill it with a variety of candy, gum, suckers, etc, and take them to school and sell them! Sell them for enough that you're making a profit though! Kids in school will get to know you as the kid with the candy and soon they'll have their dollar bills ready! Make sure you carry change with you. But you'll get the same people coming back a lot, even a few times a day maybe. Good luck to you!

How's this " TYKES HOME SERVICES" offering lawn care, painting and home sitting/watching while your gone. You can make a flyer, post them around town and especially at the laundry mat. The key is, is to keep advertising any way that's cheap. Then if you can afford put an add in the local paper.
