Threre are two ways to post a new message to a Yahoo Group.

(1) Go to the Group Page.  At the left, click "Post."  Type in an appropriate subject line and type the message.  Click "Send."

(2) Open your email program.  Address the email to the group address: [e-mail], where "something" is the group name.  If you're not sure of the group name or address, you can find it on the Group home page, near the bottom.  Type the subject and the message and send the email.

If the Yahoo Group is unmoderated, the message will appear on the group and will go via email to all members who have selected that option.  If the group is moderated, a moderator will review your message and if the content is appropriate he/she will approve it.  Then it will go to the Group.
