I want to start a singing and dancing group with me friends but don't know how?

I mean there is one girl who loves singing almost as much as i do, and apart from one we can all pretty much dance gd. I dont know how to put it to them that i really want this and that i think we could go such a long way if we stuck together and did this. We could go to dance classes and singing classes together it would be fun. But how do i approche it? I mean like i said we are all pretty good singers just the dancing which needs some help and we sort of all into the same music which is also really really good. We are all 14 and i think we could go far! Maybe in a few years go on britains got talent! He he :] So help me guys i really want this!
