I want to start a site where people can sell item on. Any ideas?

I have an idea and I need a venue where people will sell this particular item on. There is no such thing out there right now, so I think this would be a great thing to offer to people. But I need a location that is accessible to people to sell on. It has to be one site, no auctions, just selling. Any ideas?

I wouldn't recommend just because there is eBay and craigslist.  I don't think people will use it, at least not for a while after starting it.  Good idea though!!! :)

craigs list or ebay stores do that, it would cost you quite a bit to start that up in a way where they would get any attention.
