I want to start a swim team, is that easy to do?

I am transferring to UCLA and I am in love with competitive swimming, but they don't have a men's swim team! Is it easy to start up a swim team at UCLA?

It is never easy to start off a swim team, first you must have MONEY. a couple of coaches. and a pool, and swimmers, its never easy to start a swim team, but if you have love for the sport, it will all be worth it after you've started the team. good luck to you =]
