I want to start gymnastics again but....

i dont think im flexible and i dont wanna look dumb when im with the little kid and cant do alot but i really want to start again and to get more flexible for dance should i start again or no

  1. yeah go for it but I suggest you start stretching right away! If you stretch every day you'd be surprised how fast you can become more flexible


  2. Before you start, you should probably start stretching a few weeks before. Maybe two or three weeks. And set a goal. For example you might want to practice 30 minutes each day. Even if you dont get a flexible as before you wont look stupid. If you think about it everyone starts out un-flexible and not aware. So you cant think that you are going to look stupid trust me you wont. So just start stretching and get ready. That is all i can say =)
