I want to start my day care center in Ca. Do you think is it better I start to run it in church or in facility

do you have prior experience running a center?  if not, try to get a job as a director first to gain the experience.  it will cost a lot to open your own facility (rent, supplies, insurance, upgrade costs, staffing, etc).  in a church you will have to pay rent, insurance, staffing, supplies, etc.  i'd check out both options if i were you.
