I want to start my own cheerleading squad??

i have been a cheerleader since kindagarden adn no a lot!!! But not about starting a cheerleading team after i get the kids im going to start with im going to order the uniorms this is just going to basically be a for fun cheerleading sqaud so that when they get into middle school or elementary they can try out i wanna take in about 3-5 year old girls. Im a very responsiable 12 year old girl and i would never hurt a kid i know what im doing and im in the 7th grade and i was just wondering how would i start one and i live on a very nice street thats where we do it at and my mom would be there too.

would you let me teach your kid?? Not literalyy but hopefully you know what i mean.
