  1. The technique used in the website you propose as example is a very simple 4 or  6 colours silkscreen printing. You may find the basic equipment (i.e. a simple 4 colours, 2 stations press) at a price of around 1000 USD (2nd hand). Then you need to consider the dies  cost, the side materials and equipment, a good scanner, a program to adjust your drawings for printing and so on.

Lets say that a  complete "printing shop" for a limited number of daily pieces but... almost industrial  (400-500 pcs day, maximum?) and totally professional,  may cost to you 5 to 10 thousands USD. You may find an example here ( just found it  on Google, looking for an example, so I don't know if they are serious or not and they seems to be on the expensive side. Meanwhile you have a good description of the type of equipment, space, range of prices you need): http://www.silkscreeningsupplies.com/sit...

On the bottom of the page there is also a little movie about how it works
