I want to start my own dance team

but i m having difficulty recruiting some good kick *** dancers, what are some good tips?

I wanted to do this too

i say find lots of your friends that have danced before that CAN dance

give them a pep talk if their shy.

get adults who support you involved.

see if you can put some routines together

and kind of do tryouts

hopefully word will get around, or ppl who see you dancing will ask what for

and va va vooom

and then build build build on intricate moves which is imporatant

but make sure they dont forget the passion and the love for dance
