I want to start my own line classes from india target u.s students. Pl show me the best way to do so.

This depends on what you are trying to do and which students you are trying to reach.  Know that students in the U.S. are very conscious of things like brand and accreditation, which determine whether or not they can find jobs or credit for the courses, so unless you affiliate with a recognized and accredited university/school, you are unlikely to attract most students here.  I could see tutoring services working, but actual classes would be a problem.
