This is no problem. If the business in here, than you would pay taxes here. If the business is overseas, you would pay taxes on your personal global income. Either way the government will be happy and will collect.

The only problem is that you won't qualify for certain classifications and will miss out on some potential tax deductions and credits, but nothing that will make or break the company (ie not that significant)

If it looks like a viable business, than go for it ;)
