I think Carmen Electra is good for beginners, right? My friend has one and it is strong, she bought it for $129 and I found very cheap!!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&item=280260424100 what do you think? I think I need to buy it before it's gone!

  1. not a bad price, but I would be wary. I only trust x-pole and there are a lot of people on ebay trying to cheat people by calling theirs the 'xtreme pole'. I'm not sure about the electra pole anyway... they say it supports your body weight, but I would hesitate when the electra website sells it for half the price of other proven competitive poles.

And on that very note, doll is either a liar, or stupid. You CAN"T do any tricks on a pole you find at spencers. She may be a go-go dancer, but she is not a pole dancer. Huge difference.

To top it all off, I did a little digging on the peekabo website and it clearly states the following, "IMPORTANT:

The Peekaboo Dance Pole is not a professional dance pole. It cannot support your full body weight and is to be used solely in conjunction with the dance moves recommended in the dance book." Which means once you get a few moves down, you can't advance! What's the point? I also read the customer reviews on a few sites and one word kept popping up... flimsy.

  2. god bless you and all females who do this for us men! <3

  3. The cheaper it is the more likely it is to break

  4. i'm a go-go girl. If you can,get into a club and use there poles. or I have a few portable poles, one in my bedroom and one in my living room,I got them at spencer's and they work great. and were only $80. plus with anything online, you have to pay shipping and handling.
