I work out every day for 45 minutes to an hour. I've lost 23 pounds and I'm fairly in shape.But whenever I try to run I just can't run for more than 5 minutes. So I must be going about this whole running thing wrong. How can I get started running?I already eat a very healthy diet, drink plenty of water, and I have a very nice pair of running shoes I just bought. So what else do I need to do?Thanks!
