Well.. You can start an online business. Im in the business of creating websites for small companies, I know the benefit it has!

you can start small, and work your way to bigger and better, FISH!

or you can simply put an ad in your local newspaper.

either way, your going to have to think about packaging and shipment.

Uh.....you have consider your local gaming laws and limits.  You have to have a license to distribute fish, a facility with cooler storage that will meet health code.  Snapper in most states is heavily regulated and the season is not year round.  I knew a guy that owned a seafood business and tried to falsify paperwork on Louisiana redfish to show that they were from North Carolina so he could sell them to restaurants in Louisiana.  He lost his business, house, wife and almost did Federal time.  Your idea is a pipedream at best.
