  1. start off with the main trick. It's the same one as in skateboarding.

    You guessed it!

    THE OLI

The oli is preformed by leaning slightly back on your board, pull your lead leg up then your right leg up.  Pull your knees as high to your chin as you can. The higher the better.

How to make this look cool?

Approach a kicker at as fast as you feel comfortable and when you hit it :oli!

This is the foundation for all the other tricks from methods to full 9's

    have fun

  2. 180s r really easy i think frontside is easier than backside but backside u can see ur landing fs u cant but practice flatground and BEND YOUR KNEES i hate people that do them straight

  3. The SCORPIAN. Thats the coolest trick to see. you can also do the tail press or nose press or the ollie. Those are easy. Then once you do those just do a rodeo cab 5 then pull a SCORPIAN!!!!

  4. i just started riding park last year, and the first thing i did was ride a box, from there onto rails, and when i first started going off jumps i wouldn't try to do anything (grabs, turns) but land, then i would throw in grabs and 180s and such, i dont know if this helps, but i guess you just gotta try new things and keep trying until you do it right.

  5. go for an ollie first and then work into 180s and grabs

  6. When you're doing a backside 180 rotation of a jump, you can't see your landing immediately...you can with a frontside though...

Ollie's are the most basic, but the easiest trick other that pulling straight airs is a 50-50 on a box.  Approach at a comfortable speed, get on and don't wiggle around, then hop off. Just make sure you don't turn your shoulders on it or you'll start turning.

Backside spins are easier for me because it's easier to initiate the spin.  It's harder to start a frontside spin for me.
