I want to start up a radio channel to operate all over india. please guide me and mail me?

actually i am thinking to start up a radio channel which will enlighten the country, anybody who is interested please contact me, lets build a better, beautiful india

Unfortunately, radio channels are not allowed to be opened all over India by individuals or companies.  It is still within the control of the government.  Only FM channels were opened up and private FM channles are now available allover India, and more and m ore FM channels are being opend up.  All other radio transmissions are under the government control.
