I want to start up my own dance group?

i want to start my own hip hop dance crew but i dont know how to. i am only 13 and none of my friends dance. i have been dancing for 7 years now and i am based in england. i was just wondering if anyone had any tips?

Hold auditions. Post an ad on your newspaper or on craigslist.

i have friends that hate to dance and well that didn't stop me dancing or making my own crew i just looked for people that like or want to learn how to dance and i teached them what i knew....and if u find people that know how to dance well just tell them that ur planning to make ur own crew and if they are interested..is not easy but u never know....in a couple of days my crew and i are going to compete in a dance competiton..
