I want to stay in Venice for 2 months. Does anybody know of a good option?

I'd like to visit during the winter months, November and December, and paint the mist and the atmosphere, maybe teach a bit of life painting. A small room, not a hotel, would be ideal. I'll be happy to investigate any possibility.

Directly in Venice or can it be in the outlying areas. Will you have transportation if you live a little ways away?  My sister lives near Venice, I am going to email her and ask...if she has any good leads I will post them.
